Kentucky Revised Statutes · § 362.2-301 — Admission of limited partner

A person becomes a limited partner:

(1) As provided in the partnership agreement;

(2) As the result of a merger or conversion under KRS 362.2-951 to 362.2-963; or

(3) With the consent of all the partners.
