Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2026). This statute was amended in a very similar manner in two separate sections of 2026 RS SB 50 (2026 Ky. Acts ch. 134, secs. 12 and 127). The only direct textual conflict occurred in subsection (1), which begins with "A fiduciary..." in Section 12 of that Act and "All fiduciaries..." in Section 127. All other amendments are either identical or can be easily incorporated together. Because the plural includes the singular, "All fiduciaries" has been codified in subsection (1) of this statute.
