Montana Code Annotated · § 19-2-410 — Presentation to board of investments

The board shall annually at a public meeting present to the board of investments established in 2-15-1808 a financial and actuarial report of the retirement systems administered by the board and brief the board of investments on any benefit changes being considered by the board that may affect trust fund obligations.
