Montana Code Annotated · § 20-25-404 — Revenue-producing facilities considered as one

In creating and discharging obligations under this chapter, all of the revenue-producing facilities at each unit of the Montana university system may be considered as one, but income received at one unit shall not be used to discharge obligations created for facilities at another unit.
