Montana Code Annotated · § 20-31-401 — Acceptance of gifts and grants -- contractual agreements

The board of regents may accept gifts, donations, and grants of property and services on behalf of the fire services training school. The board may enter into contractual agreements necessary to facilitate achievement of the purposes of the school.
