Montana Code Annotated · § 30-15-102 — Exemption from state licensing requirements and regulations

Goods may be held within a foreign-trade zone exclusive of any license, permit, or regulation of the state or any political subdivision of the state. Such goods may be sold or traded subject to the laws of the United States.
