Montana Code Annotated · § 32-1-339 — Right of examination by stockholder

A stockholder of a bank incorporated under the laws of this state who is not a director may not inspect the books and records of the bank showing its transactions with a customer. A stockholder may inspect the books and records of the bank as provided in Title 35, chapter 14, part 16.
