Montana Code Annotated · § 33-30-304 — Nonliability for injuries caused by contractees

A health service corporation is not liable for injuries resulting from neglect, misfeasance, malfeasance, or malpractice on the part of any person, organization, agency, or corporation rendering health services to the health service corporation's members and beneficiaries.
