Montana Code Annotated · § 35-16-206 — Bylaws to be adopted at first meeting

Every corporation or district formed under this chapter must, by majority action at its organization meeting after incorporation, adopt a code of bylaws for its government, not inconsistent with the constitution and laws of this state.
