Montana Code Annotated · § 37-2-610 — Rulemaking

The department shall adopt rules to carry out the purposes of 37-2-603, including but not limited to:

(1) training and testing requirements for pediatric complex care assistants;

(2) application fees; and

(3) pediatric complex care assistant scope of practice.
