Montana Code Annotated · § 37-60-320 — Fees

(1) The fees collected by the department must be deposited in the state special revenue fund established to administer the provisions of this chapter, subject to 37-1-101(6).

(2) The department shall keep an accurate account of funds received and vouchers issued by the department.
