Montana Code Annotated · § 50-53-204 — License expiration -- nontransferability

(1) A license issued under part 1 and this part expires on December 31 of the year of issuance unless it is suspended or canceled by the department before that date.

(2) A license issued under part 1 and this part is not transferable.
