Montana Code Annotated · § 50-6-504 — Enforcement -- injunction

In the event of a violation of a provision of this part, either the county attorney for the county in which the violation occurred or the department of public health and human services may bring an action in the district court of the county where the violation occurred to directly enjoin the violation.
