Montana Code Annotated · § 61-9-307 — Trailer air reservoirs safeguarded

Air brake systems installed on trailers manufactured or assembled after January 1, 1966, shall be so designed that the supply reservoir used to provide air for the brakes shall be safeguarded against backflow of air from the reservoir through the supply line.
