Montana Code Annotated · § 7-12-4116 — Designation of nature of improvement district

In all cases set out in 7-12-4115, the city or town council shall designate the special district formed as a special improvement and repair district or a special improvement and maintenance district or a special improvement, repair, and maintenance district, as the case may be.
