Montana Code Annotated · § 7-12-4151 — Contractor's bond for successful completion of work

All contractors, contracting owners included, shall, at the time of executing any contract for street work, execute a bond to the satisfaction and approval of the city council in the form and manner provided for in Title 18, chapter 2, part 2.
