Montana Code Annotated · § 7-33-4204 — Inspection and regulation of fire hazards

The city or town council has power to inspect chimneys, flues, fireplaces, stovepipes, ruins, structures, and boilers and, when dangerous, to require the same to be removed or put in order and prohibit the use thereof until safe.
