Montana Code Annotated · § 70-23-505 — Abandonment or waiver of use not to effect exemption

A unit owner may not be exempted from liability for the owner's contribution towards the common expenses by waiver of the use or enjoyment of any of the common elements or by abandonment of the owner's unit.
