Montana Code Annotated · § 70-28-202 — General procedural provisions applicable

Except as herein otherwise provided, all the provisions and rulings of law relating to evidence, pleading, practice, new trials, and appeals applicable to other civil actions shall apply to the actions hereby authorized.
