Montana Code Annotated · § 76-15-529 — Assessments unaffected by misnomers and mistakes relating to ownership

When under the provisions of this part and part 6 special taxes and assessments are assessed against any lot or parcel of land as the property of a particular person, no misnomer of the owner or supposed owner or other mistake relating to the ownership thereof shall affect such assessment or render it void or voidable.
