81-1-301. Administrator -- appointment and qualifications
(1) The board shall appoint a person to be directly responsible to it for the administration of the laws relating to animal health.
(2) The person must have a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from an accredited college or school and must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
