8205. Applicability of other statutes

(a) General rule.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following acts shall apply to the commission under this chapter: (1) The act of June 21, 1957 (P.L.390, No.212), referred to as the Right-to-Know Law. (2) The act of July 19, 1957 (P.L.1017, No.451), known as the State Adverse Interest Act. (3) The provisions of 65 Pa.C.S. Chs. 7 (relating to open meetings) and 11 (relating to ethics standards and financial disclosure). (b) Status of commission.--The commission shall be considered an "agency" for the purposes of the following: (1) The act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240), referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law. (2) The act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as the Regulatory Review Act.
