Code of Virginia · § 22.1-289.012 — Local government to report business licenses issued to child day centers and home-based child care

The commissioner of the revenue or other local business license official shall report to the Department on a semiannual basis the name, address, and contact information of any child day center or home-based child care to which a business license was issued.
