Part I — FALSE PRETENSES AND FRAUDS, GENERALLY
Nothing in ss. 817.40, 817.41, 817.43-817.45, and 817.47 shall be deemed to apply to advertising in connection with sales of insurance which are regulated under the insurance laws of this state.
