Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use Jurisio, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology.

1. Our Goal

Jurisio aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across jurisio.ai, ask.jurisio.ai, and app.jurisio.ai.

This is a goal we work toward, not a claim that every page already meets it.

2. How We Test

We check our pages with automated accessibility testing tools, and we also test by hand by moving through pages with only a keyboard.

When these checks find a problem, we record it and work to fix it.

3. Known Limitations

Some parts of Jurisio may not yet be fully accessible. Animated product demonstrations and interactive visualizations are the areas most likely to fall short, and we are working on them.

Some documents and forms come from courts, government agencies, and other outside sources. We may not be able to change how those documents are built, but we still want to hear about any trouble you have with them.

4. Report a Barrier

If something on Jurisio is hard or impossible for you to use, please email support@jurisio.ai.

It helps us to know:

  • the address (URL) of the page where you had trouble;
  • what you were trying to do; and
  • if you like, the browser and any assistive technology you were using.

We aim to respond within a few business days.

5. Changes to This Statement

We will update this statement as we test and improve Jurisio. The "Last reviewed" date shows when it was last checked.
