- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;

Following account deletion requests, certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, audit records, legal records, and records needed to administer or enforce agreements.

The specific safeguards may vary by product, account type, workspace, plan, data type, and applicable written agreement.

Counsel-level security, HIPAA, business associate, SOC 2, regulated-data, and privileged-material commitments apply only where stated in the applicable product addendum, order form, data processing addendum, business associate agreement, security documentation, or other written agreement. Draft and Scholar are not provided with Counsel-level security commitments unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
In the event of a security incident affecting personal information, we will provide notifications as required by applicable law.
