This Addendum supplements the Jurisio Privacy Policy. If this Addendum conflicts with the Privacy Policy, this Addendum controls only for Jurisio Draft.
1. Information Draft Collects
Draft may collect account information, contact information, workflow answers, form responses, checklist progress, generated documents, support messages, payment or subscription information if applicable, and usage and device information.
Draft may also process optional files, images, text, or other materials you provide for a workflow. You should provide only information that is necessary for the workflow you choose to use.
2. How Draft Uses Information
Draft uses information to provide self-help workflows, save progress, generate or populate forms, maintain checklists, provide support, improve product quality, analyze usage, detect abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Draft may use non-sensitive, aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or non-personal information for analytics, product improvement, research, benchmarking, business operations, and lawful commercial purposes.
3. Consumer-Level Treatment
Draft is a consumer self-help product. Draft is not provided with Counsel-level security, HIPAA, business associate agreement, SOC 2, law-firm, or privileged-material commitments unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Draft information may be subject to different retention, analytics, product-improvement, and commercial-use terms than Counsel information, as described in this Addendum, the Privacy Policy, and any future product-specific privacy notice.
4. Sensitive Materials
Do not submit privileged communications, attorney work product, medical records, financial account details, government identifiers, or other sensitive materials to Draft unless the workflow expressly asks for that information and you determine it is necessary.
Materials submitted to Draft are not treated as Counsel workspace materials and are not covered by Counsel-specific confidentiality, security, or compliance commitments.
5. Retention and Deletion
Draft may retain answers, drafts, generated files, checklist progress, account records, support records, logs, and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support users, improve Draft, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or abuse.
Following deletion requests, certain records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, legal records, or other systems where retention is required or reasonably necessary.
