Jurisio does not guarantee any legal outcome, case result, filing acceptance, processing time, fee waiver, hearing date, judgment, order, benefit, or other result.

Draft may ask for sensitive personal, financial, household, employment, immigration, health, or case-related information depending on the workflow. You should submit only information that is necessary for the workflow you choose to use.

Do not upload privileged communications, attorney work product, medical records, financial account details, government identifiers, or other sensitive materials unless the workflow expressly asks for that information and you determine it is necessary.

Draft is a consumer self-help product and is not offered with Counsel-level security, HIPAA, business associate agreement, SOC 2, law-firm, or privileged-material commitments. Draft data may be subject to different retention, analytics, product-improvement, and commercial-use terms than Counsel, as described in the Jurisio Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific privacy terms.
